This employee spotlight is on 911 Operator Jessica Cooley. Jessica is from Hickman County, Ky and she holds a B.S. Degree from West Kentucky Community and Technical College. Jessica began her dispatching career with us at Martin Police Department in September of 2023. She became NCIC certified in 2023. We are super excited to have Jessica on our team!! Congratulations!!!
