The second class of the 31st Session of the Martin Citizens Police academy met to discuss the topics of Use of Force and the School Resource Program.  Assistant Chief Phillip Fuqua (Near Right) taught the class on Use of Force and provided some statistics relevant to the Martin Police Department.  SRO Jimmy Brown (Far Right) and SRO Rachel Green taught the class on the School Resource Officer program and explained the daily activities, as well as the advantages to having SRO’s present in schools.
